The Filipino Spirit is Waterproof

Due to the recent catastrophe we (the Filipino people) have experienced, (Typhoon Haiyan, #YolandaPH), it's kinda low time for us. Uber depressing news in all local and international channels about death, destruction, hunger and despair, it makes me wanna cry in my bed and crawl into a fetal position. Couldn't hardly control my tears while watching TV. 

As we speak, several NGOs and countries have sent their donations and pledged to help us overcome this calamity. Thanks to all of you who extended your help to our kababayans. Means a lot. @tweetnirizal posted in his twitter page, "The last 4 letters of Catastrophe: O, P, H ,E are ingredients of HOPE.." All of your help, support and sympathy makes us hope that after this storm, there will be a silver lining for all of us.

We will survive. We will rise as strong as ever. Nothing could dampen our spirit. For The FILIPINO SPIRIT IS WATERPROOF.
